So I’m starting a new lab and getting things prepared for a huge run of oysters. I plan on using hardwood pellets mixed with soy bean hulls for a bulk substrate. But first I need to get my spawn running. I’m purchasing some cultures from a buddy of mine and getting going ASAP! Stay tuned for more updates.
